Michael is a senior security, risk, and governance leader with a wealth of experience designing and operating security and assurance functions for global organisations across financial services, technology, research, and regulated industries.

He has led security engineering, cloud security, and third-party risk programmes at scale, including executive roles in SME and global blue-chip organisations where he operated at board and executive level to align security, supplier oversight, and risk management with real business 

outcomes.

Michael brings a deeply pragmatic approach to supplier and technology risk  focused on visibility, prioritisation, and decision-making rather than compliance theatre. His experience spans supplier due diligence, assurance frameworks, risk scoring, governance models, and operating security functions across complex, multi-cloud and multi-vendor environments.
